COVID-19 Info

It’s official - we have been open since Saturday May 23rd!! 🙌🏼 Although we are back open for you to shop and sell, the safety of our staff and customers is our top priority so some restrictions have been put in place. You probably have lots of questions, so we are going to do our best to answer them here.

1. What are your hours?

We are now open for regular weekday hours!


2. Are you buying?

Right now we are accepting all seasons of gently used, teen/twenty something styles for CASH on the spot with some restrictions. All items brought in must be freshly laundered. Right now we are asking for items to NOT be brought in a garbage bag, plastic shopping bags, suitcase, or too large/heavy bins. If that is all you have that is totally okay - we can transfer your items to one of our plastic bins when you come in store. We also reserve the right to turn away buys for any safety reasons.


3. Are you accepting returns?

Yes, all items purchased online can be returned in store for either exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. Items must have tags attached and you must have your invoice with you. For all items purchased in store our regular return policy of 7 days applies.


4. Are your fitting rooms open?

Yes, our fitting rooms will be opened with strict cleaning protocols in place, as well as only every other room being used for people to try on clothes. 


5. Are you limiting the amount of customers in store?

Yes, we will only be allowing a limited amount of customers in the store at any time to allow for proper social distancing measures. We ask that if you or someone in your family has been or is sick you refrain from coming in store.  Our greeter will let you know if we are at capacity and if so you will be asked to wait outside. We understand that families want to shop together, however we ask you to limit the number of people you bring with you where possible. Please keep children with you at all times.


6. What safety precautions are you taking?

We are taking several precautions in store to create a safe and healthy shopping experience for both our customers and staff. We have installed protective barriers across our front counter area and between staff workstations. At this time we are requiring all staff to wear masks and/or face shields while not in the protected areas, and are recommending customers wear a mask if they feel comfortable doing so. We have also installed social distancing signage throughout the store including arrows indicating which direction the aisles will be shopped at, as well as stickers on the floor to indicate where to stand for checkout. All customers and staff should stay 6 feet apart where possible. Hand sanitizer has been made available for all customers coming into the store. Our washrooms are also closed to customers at this time. Finally, we have implemented an enhanced cleaning process including the disinfecting of high touch areas throughout the store.


7. Can I still shop online?

Yes, our online shop will continue to operate with both curbside pickup and delivery. We will continue to add new items on a regular basis. Items shown in our online shop are not available in store.
