Rihanna signs deal for fashion reality show in the U.K.
Whether you agree with her fashion decisions or not, you have to admit that pop star Rihanna certainly doesn't shy away from outrageous ensembles.Now, the four-time Grammy-winning singer has signed a deal to executive produce a new fashion design talent show in the U.K.
According to People magazine, contestants on the show will compete over 10 weeks to create original looks for different celebrities. And, the final challenge will be to design an outfit for Rihanna herself to wear during a concert performance in London next summer.
"I have been very fortunate to work with some truly amazing designers and stylists throughout my career," Rihanna said. "I am excited to follow the journey of our aspiring contestants and see how their individuality influences their efforts during the course of the show."
Marie Claire reports that Rihanna will be involved in casting and post-production of the show, and will also make a few guest appearances. Girls Aloud member Nicola Roberts will host.
The show will launch on Britain's Sky Living within the next few months.
